Returns and/or Refunds:
Products may be returned by mail for replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the goods if any product proves defective. The St John Ambulance SA refund policy does not cover changes of mind, so please choose carefully.

Delivery Policy
Goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. Delivery is only available within Australia. Please allow 2-5 working days for South Australia and 4-6 working days for other interstate locations. A signature will be required at delivery address when receiving goods.
